It's another rainy day, so what I did to was put together a little small snack for myself following a good workout at the gym. What I did was cut up a bunch of apples, in which I sprinkled a mix of cinnamon, white sugar and brown sugar on top. I placed half of the lightly dusted apple chunks into a bowl, then covered them with a layer of oats. I then placed the remaining pieces of apple on top, along with some honey and another handful of oats. For a snack that only used four basic ingredients, it tasted really good.
